In the Village of Barons, Alberta, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Village of Barons Land Use Bylaw No. 677 (consolidated to Bylaw 761, October 2024), verified 2026-09-27. A permit is required. Max height rear side: 1.8 m (6 ft). Sight triangle: At the time of subdivision, all corner lots and interior laneway corner lots shall dedicate clear vision triangles as right-of-way.
