In the Village of Champion, Alberta, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Village of Champion Land Use Bylaw No. 2016-004, verified 2026-09-27. A permit is required. Max height rear side: 1.8 m. Pool enclosure: Any private swimming pool with a design depth greater than 0.61 metre (2 ft.) shall be constructed and fenced in accordance with Safety Codes requirements.
