In the Village of Cowley, Alberta, garbage & recycling rules are set by Garbage Bylaw No. 395 (amended by 395-2), verified 2026-09-27. Fee: disposal fee chargeable against each residence or business premises, as the case may be, within the Village as determined by the Council from time to time. Collection schedule: once per week for residential and commercial dwellings. Container or bag limit: three (3) bags of garbage per household per week.
