Section 10.15 requires a Development Permit and a Registered Professional Forester's harvesting plan for Selective Logging or Tree Clearing/Clear Cutting, and lets the County restrict logging hours (7am-7pm Mon-Sat, none Sun/holidays) and require a Road Use Agreement.
