Building Permits - Park Enterprises
The Town of Nobleford has partnered with Park Enterprises LTD to deliver development services to residents. Permits include building, electrical, gas, plumbing and PSDS permits. When you are ready for an inspection, contact Park Enterprises, and they will arrange for an inspection to be conducted. Development Permit Application
Any individual wishing to develop land, whether residential or non-residential, must be issued a development permit. To obtain a permit, one must fill out the Development Permit Application and receive approval from the Development Officer. For more information, please see the Land-Use Bylaw.

Building Removal Application
A development permit is required to demolish or remove a building or structure from a site. The permit process ensures that buildings are dismantled and removed in a safe manner and that the land will be left in a suitable state after removal. For more information, please see Land-Use Bylaw.
