Land Use Bylaw sets fence heights by yard and lake frontage: lakefront rear yards max 1.0m (up to 2.0m if built to allow visual access), lakefront side yards max 2.0m; non-lakefront rear/side yards max 2.0m, all front/flankage yards max 1.0m. Private pools must be enclosed by a lockable lid or locking-gated fence.
