Fines: $100 for a first offence; $250 for a second; $500 for a third; $1,000 for each offence after the third. Leash rule: Off property, dog must be under control and held on a leash not exceeding two metres in length. Max animals: more than three Dogs, Nuisance Dogs or Restricted Dogs, or any combination thereof.
