Every animal other than dogs and cats needs an annual Village permit ($25 per animal); lots under 1 acre may keep up to 8 poultry but no livestock, while 1+ acre lots may keep up to 25 poultry and 2 livestock per acre (max 10); swine and feedlots are banned (Sec. 3-4).
