### Permits & Information
Development Permits and/or Building Permits and Building Inspections by a Safety Codes Officer, insure compliance to the Town's Land Use Bylaw, the structural stability of buildings and the health and safety of the building's occupants.
Before you move forward with any type of development, please contact our Planning & Development Department to ensure that you have the proper permits and are in compliance with the Town of Sundre Land Use Bylaw.
