In the Village of Warner, Alberta, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Village of Warner Land Use Bylaw No. 538-12 (Consolidated to Bylaw No. 635-24, December 2024), verified 2026-09-27. A permit is required. Max height rear side: 1.8 m (6 ft) in all districts except Industrial; 2.4 m (8 ft) in Industrial. Pool enclosure: Any residential swimming pool with a design depth greater than 0.6 m (2 ft) shall be constructed and fenced in accordance with Safety Codes requirements.
