In the Summer Village of West Cove, Alberta, garbage & recycling rules are set by Waste Collection and Disposal Bylaw 460-19, verified 2026-09-27. Collection schedule: Garbage: every week from May 1st to October 31st and bi-weekly from November 1st to April 30th; Organics: weekly from May 1st to October 31st. Container or bag limit: Each lot will be provided one (1) garbage cart and one (1) organics cart. Accepted or banned: Banned: industrial, hazardous, biomedical, sharp objects, dead animals, liquids, appliances. Organics: grass, leaves, branches.
