Construction hours: 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. of the same day. Fines: not less than $100 or more than $10,000 for a first offence, not less than $300 or more than $10,000 for second and subsequent offences. Exemptions: Emergency equipment, utility maintenance, emergency repairs, snow removal, public transit, aviation activities, permitted activities.
