In the Village of Warfield, British Columbia, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Swimming Pool Enclosure Bylaw No. 805, 2015 and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-24. Max height front: 1.2 m. Max height rear side: 1.8 m. Pool enclosure: Fence min height 1.2m, no openings >10cm, self-closing locking gate. Or certified safety cover.
