Fines: not less than $100 and not more than the maximum penalty provided under the Offence Act. Truck route rule: No person shall park a Commercial vehicle with a licenced gross vehicle weight in excess of 5,500kg on any highway. Street obstruction: No person shall place or leave any chattel, structure or other thing on a highway except as authorized.
