In the Rural Municipality of Armstrong, Manitoba, backyard hens & livestock rules are set by Rural Municipality of Armstrong Animal Control By-Law No. 6/2022, verified 2026-09-24. Livestock rule: The keeping of livestock shall only be permitted in those areas of the Municipality zoned agricultural.
