Section 6.2.2(13) requires a residential swimming pool to be located in the rear yard of the property, to be set back at least 2 metres from any property boundary, not to encroach on an easement or sit under an overhead power line, and to have the area surrounding the pool and pool deck fully fenced to prevent unauthorized access, especially
