In the Town of Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, garbage & recycling rules are set by Waste Disposal (Garbage) By-law (BL-PW-02), verified 2026-08-29. Fee: The annual fees, as approved by Council, for Automated Garbage Collection services are due and payable by each Owner. Collection schedule: once each week except as noted in the Schedule. Recyclable materials will be collected every second week. Container or bag limit: Each Residential Unit shall be allocated one Garbage Cart. No bag shall exceed 22.7 kg (50 lbs.) in weight.
