, i RECORDED RESOLUTION AMHERST TOWN COUNCIL UNSIGHTLY PREMISES ADMINISTRATOR Your Worship & Members of Council: Section 154A of the Towns Act (dealing with unsightly premises) requires that an Administrator be appointed by Council to he responsible for Sections 154A to 154G. This position was previously held by our former Building Inspector, who is no longer with us. We would therefore recommend that our current Building Inspector, Monty Lladdison, he duly appointed as administrator of the Unsightly Premises Section of the Towns Act for the Town of Amherst. Respectfully submitted, Deputy Mayor Wayne Bishop Moved by Councillor Chitty, seconded by Councillor Small to appoint our current Building Inspector, Monty Maddison, as Administrator for the Town of Amherst of the Unsightly Premises Section (Sections 154A to 154G) o f the Towns Act.
