POLICY NO. 5
PRESS RELEASE POLICY

1.
It shall be the general policy of the Municipal Council that all press releases or
information provided to the news media shall be by the Warden or Chief Administrative
Officer.
2.
Council Members and Employees shall only provide information to the news media when it
has been authorized in advance by the Warden or Chief Administrative Office.
