1 Policy No. 77 "Entertainment at Municipal Parks and Ballfields Policy" POLICY NO. 77 ENTERTAINMENT AT MUNICIPAL PARKS AND BALLFIELDS POLICY ______________________________________________________________________________ 1. It shall be the policy of the Municipality to allow entertainers to perform at all Municipal Parks and Ballfields, with written permission. 2. Entertainers are required to forward written requests for use of the Park or Ballfield to the Chief Administrative Officer for consideration. Requests are to specify date, time and type of entertainment to be provided. 3. Generally, entertainment shall be provided free of charge. Donations may be collected for a fundraising event which must be disclosed when requesting permission to use the property. 4. Entertainers are responsible for ensuring the grounds are left in the same condition as they were in upon their arrival.
