TOWN OF BERWICK
TAX SALE POLICY
Policy #5.003
Effective date: September 14, 1999
It is the policy of the Town of Berwick that all property taxes outstanding after two years
be processed for Tax Sale, under the authority of the Municipal Government Act. In
accordance with the Accounting and Reporting Manual, the tax sale must be held within
nine (9) months of commencement of proceedings.
