Policy
Until such time as a conference attendance policy is fully developed, Councilors shall have the option
to attend either the UNSM Spring Conference or the UNSM Fall Conference, but not both. The Mayor (and/or
Deputy Mayor) and the CAO shall be permitted to attend both UNSM conferences.
