TOWN OF BERWICK BYLAW
MOTOR VEHICLES
153.
1.
Motor vehicle means vehicle as defined by Chapter 191 of the Revised Statutes of
Nova Scotia 1967 entitled "The Motor Vehicle Act" Section 1, subsection (a).
2.
No person shall make any unnecessary noise or disturbance by the means of the
operation of a motor vehicle.
3.
Any person who violates the provision of sub-section (2) of this section shall be
guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $25.00 and not
more than $100.00 and in default of payment to imprisonment for a period not
exceeding ten days.
