1. In this policy:
"Anises lot in the town in then premisesse lot abuts a street. any
"Roadway" means that portion of the street between the curb lines or the travelled portion of the street designed for vehicular travel.
"Sidewalk" means that portion of a street between the curb lines and adjacent property line or any part of a street, especially set aside or pedestrian travel and separated from the roadway.
- Abutters shall maintain and keep the grass cut on the grassed portions of the street or sidewalk abutting their property. Maintenance and grass cutting includes keeping the grass or sodded part of the street closely clipped to a maximum height of 15 cm clean and in good order.
- Abutters shall keep the sidewalk and gutter abutting their property free from grass clippings, dirt and other nuisance, and shall not sweep or deposit same in the roadway.
4. Abutters shall trim the branches or roots of any tree, hedging, bush, or other shrubbery which encroaches from the abutting property over or under street, so as to prevent such trees, hedging, bushes or other shrubbery from interfering with any person travelling on a street or interfering with any structure on or in a street.
