It is the policy of the Town of Bridgewater that:
- When a new street has been constructed and all elements have been completed (including curbing and gutters) the Town will provide top soil for the covering of the Town street right-of-way inside the curb (between the private property line and the curb) for all legally approved lots upon which there are or are to be buildings constructed.
- Top soil as per #1 of the Policy will only be provided prior to the completion of landscaping between the property line and the curb and any request must be made at the time the general delivery is being made.
