Requires every outdoor swimming pool to be enclosed to prevent unauthorized access: a vertical barrier at least 5 ft (1.5 m) high, no openings over 4 in wide, self-closing/self-latching gates. Amended most recently effective September 26, 2020 to close a Section 4 gap.
