Be it enacted by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness, under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, as follows:
Tipping Fees Kenloch Waste Management Facility Policy passed by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness on April 10, 2006, is hereby repealed.
Effective date: October 2, 2025

1, Keith MacDonald, CAO and Clerk of the Municipality of the County of Inverness hereby certify that the above-noted Policy was passed on October 2, 2025 at a meeting of the Municipality of the County of Inverness and repeals the Tipping Fees Kenloch Waste Management Facility Policy, which was passed at a meeting of the Municipality of the County of Inverness on April 10, 2006.
