# Bylaws
The Municipality's Bylaw Department is responsible for promoting compliance with municipal bylaws through education, investigation, and enforcement. The department works to ensure community safety and maintain standards that support a healthy and respectful environment for all residents and visitors of Inverness County.
Bylaw staff are available for inquiries and enforcement during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
**Online Services**
Bylaw inquiries, mobile vending permits, and dog registration are now available online. Use the links below to submit an inquiry.
