RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOCKEPORI THAT THE FOLLOWING BY-LAW NO. 31 BE AND IHE SAME IS HEREBY ENACIED AND THAT THE CLERK BE AND IS · HEREBY INSTRUCTED TO FORWARD SAME TO THE MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS FOR HIS APPROVAL HEREOF.

Any person who creates a disturbance by shouting, screaming, fighting or being the driver of a motor vehicle that makes a loud noise by squealing the wheels of a motor vehicle by acceleration, contrary to the by-laws of the Town of Lockeport, Sholburne County, Nova Scotia, is subject to a fine of nat loss than $agrtd and not more than $100.00. hot appersed
