MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF PICTOU
WATER UTILITY
1. The Council of the Municipality of the County of Pictou hereby exempts from
Municipal Taxation all the buildings, pump stations, deep well pumps, main transmission
lines, distribution lines, meters and associated plant and equipment owned and operated
by the Municipality of the County of Pictou Water Utility and which is within the said
Municipality of the County of Pictou.
2. This By-Law shall apply to the Municipality of the County of Pictou and shall have
effect commencing in the 1987 taxation year.
