Sewage And Sludge Licensing By-Law
1. No person or corporation shall engage in the business of removing or collecting or depositing
sewage or sludge within the Municipality of the County of Pictou unless that person or corporation
holds a license from the Municipality of the County of Pictou for that purpose which Is in force.
2. The Clerk of the Municipality of the County of Pictou shall issue such a license only upon
compliance with all requirements therefore and upon the payment of the fee of TWENTY FIVE
DOLLARS ($25.00).
