## Short Title
Street Closure - Dawson's Lane
## Policy Objective
Pursuant to provision 315 (1) of the Municipal Government Act, the Council for the Town of Pictou has closed Dawson's Lane as described hereafter in this policy and by doing so have extinguished forever all rights of public users. The closure is to enable the Town to expand the deCoste Centre and Pictou Place parking lot.
