and Conferences

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY:
47.01 It shall be the policy of the Region of Queens Municipality to have clear
guidelines for the attendance at meetings, workshops and conferences by
members of Council.
POLICY GUIDELINES:
47.02 Members of Council, at the Region's expense, shall only attend meetings,
workshops and conferences outside of Queens County for which a registration
fee is applicable or where the meeting, workshop or conference require the
elected official to stay overnight, when attendance at such meeting, workshop or
conference has been duly approved by Council.
