GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY
70.01
Region of Queens Municipality does hereby establish a policy concerning the
safety of its employees and residents when in municipally owned and operated
buildings and vehicles throughout Queens.
POLICY INFORMATION
70.02
Smoking or the use of tobacco products and/or other substances (such as
cannabis products) shall not be allowed in any municipal building owned by the
Region of Queens Municipality and used for municipal purposes.
70.03
Smoking or the use of tobacco and/or other substances (such as cannabis
products) shall not be allowed in any municipal vehicle, including heavy
equipment, owned by the Region of Queens Municipality.
