Region of Queens Municipality Administrative Policy 10 - Respecting a DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT with MERSEY SEAFOODS LIMITED WHEREAS Section 230(1) of the Municipal Government Act provides that Council shall adopt a development agreement by policy; AND WHEREAS Mersey Seafoods Limited has applied to use the property identified as PID #70026810, located on Bristol Avenue, Liverpool, as a parking lot; AND WHEREAS the request complies with Policies 34, 35 and 125 of the Liverpool Municipal Planning Strategy; AND WHEREAS the Region did cause to have advertised two advertisements in the Liverpool Advance on June 30 and July 7, 1999, notice of a public hearing to hear objections to the development agreement; AND WHEREAS the Council did hold a public hearing regarding the development agreement on July 20, 1999; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Region of Queens Municipality approve entering into a development agreement with Mersey Seafoods Limited to allow parking on property located on Bristol Avenue, Liverpool and identified as PID #70026810. THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT this Administrative Policy was passed by the Council of the Region of Queens Municipality at a duly constituted meeting of said Council held the 20th day of July, 1999. ______________________________________ MAYOR _______________________________________ REGIONAL CLERK Approved by Council: July 20, 1999 In Effect: August 12, 1999
