Policy Subject / Title - Use of Former Incinerator Sites

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY
16.01 It shall be the policy of the Region of Queens Municipality to have regulations for
the use of the former incinerator sites at Westfield and Western Head.
POLICY PROCEDURE
16.02 It shall be the policy of the Region to uphold the former Municipality of the County
of Queens policy stating that the abandoned incinerator sites at Westfield and
Western Head, Queens County, not be available for private developmental
purposes until the year 2015.
