POLICY NUMBER - 62 Page 1 of 1 Policy Subject / Title - Contractor's and Neighbourhood "Spin- Off" Projects __________________________________________________________________ GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY 62.01 It shall be the policy of the Region of Queens Municipality to have regulations for the prevention of contractor's and neighbourhood "spin-off" projects. POLICY PROCEDURE 62.02 It shall be the policy of the Region that the contractor, including all workmen, foremen and other supervisory personnel, shall not respond, other than as indicated in Clause 62.03 below, to requests from property owners, whose lands adjoin or are near the lands upon which the works are to take place or are taking place, for the contractor to carry out works of any sort on that property owner's land. 62.03 Any such requests shall be referred to the contractor's Head Office staff and, if undertaken, shall be undertaken at some date following completion of the works or any contractual agreement with the Region of Queens Municipality.
