COUNCIL MEETING DATES
POLICY PURPOSE
6.1
It shall be the policy of the Municipality of the District of Shelburne to have a standard
date and time for regular monthly Council meetings.
POLICY DETAILS
6.2
The regular monthly meetings of Council shall be held on the second (2nd) and fourth (4th)
Wednesday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m.
6.3
Should any of the meeting dates for Council fall on a holiday, that meeting shall take place
the following day.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Council of the Municipality of the District of Shelburne duly passed
the policy respecting Council Meeting Dates on the 28th day of November, 2016.
