## Proclamation Policy
## Purpose:
The purpose of the Proclamation Policy is to:
1. Provide a clear and consistence approach to Council regarding the requests for Proclamations in the District of Saint Mary's
2. Provide staff with direction on how to respond to requests for Proclamations
## Policy:
The Municipality of the District of Saint Mary's will not entertain any requests for Proclamations
All requests received at the Municipality will be responded to in writing by the Municipal Clerk indicating that the policy is in effect and that the request will not be brought forward for Council's consideration
