Livestock rule: R1 occupants may keep ungulates as pets/non-commercial; min lot 1 hectare (2.5 acres) first animal, additional 0.2 hectare (1/2 acre) each. Setback: 30.5 metre (100 foot) from the Rear and Side Yard Lot Lines.
