## Scope
This policy will apply to curb cutting within the Town of Trenton and is adopted under authority of Section 48(3) of the Municipal Government Act.
## Policy
The Town of Trenton will not cut curbs on residential or commercial properties within the Town. Any work undertaken by a resident or business shall be compliant with Town of Trenton standards and approved by the Director of Public Works.
