Town of Trenton POLICY NO. GOV-20240213 APPROVED: 2024-02-13 PAGE 1 OF 1 CLOSING OF STREET POLICY (UNDEVELOPED HAMPSON STREET) Scope This policy will apply to Street Closures in the Town of Trenton as adopted by authority under Part 12 (XII) Streets and Highways of the Municipal Government Act. Policy For every individual street closure this policy is required to be enacted by Council of the Town of Trenton: The Town of Trenton is authorized and empowered to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the lots of land in the town of Trenton more particularly described in the Schedule annexed hereto marked "A" or any part or parts thereof. It is hereby declared that the right of the public to use the said described lands or any part or parts thereof for the purpose of a public street is extinguished. The Council of the Town of Trenton may make such provisions for the use of such lands or any part or parts thereof by the adjoining owners, as it deems expedient. Schedule "A" Attached
