POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of the Town of Truro to restrict or cease snow plowing operations during
periods of extreme weather when the safety of plow operators is in question.
During these times, snow removal operators will be on call at the Public Works Depot on
Glassey Avenue for medical, police and fire emergencies. Emergency snow plowing
services can be accessed through the Town of Truro After Hours Emergency number at
895-5351.
