## BREASTFEEDING POLICY
## MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF VICTORIA
Having a Breastfeeding Policy is an effective way to ensure that all staff are aware that the organization supports breastfeeding.
The Municipality of the County of Victoria's commitment is to:
- Educate new managers, staff and volunteers about this policy
- Support the conditions (time, space and support) necessary to facilitate breastfeeding by employees
- Promote and support breastfeeding anytime, anywhere
- Space permitting, provide an area for women who choose to feed their babies in private, or to pump
I certify this to be a true copy of the "Breastfeeding Policy" as adopted by Council of the Municipality of the County of Victoria at a meeting held on the 27" day of May, 2013.
