## The Municipal Corporation of the Village of Fort Simpson BY-LAW NO. 405
BEING A BY-LAW OF THE VILLAGE OF FORT SIMPSON TO PROVIDE FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF FORT SIMPSON ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE BY-LAW #323.
PURSUANT TO the provisions of the All-terrain Vehicles Act Act, R.S.N. W.T., 1988, c. A3, s 5.;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Fort Simpson, in session duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- Section 23 Subsection 2 of By-law 323 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
"Each All Terrain Vehicle owner shall make application to the Village Office annually for a license to operate each All Terrair Vehicle within the Village of Fort Simpson municipal boundaries. Such license will be valid for the period from October 1s until September 30" of the following year. Every application will be accompanied by a fee $15.00 for each unit for which a license is applied for."
2. For the calender year 1993 only, every All Terrain Vehicle License issued after November 1, 1993 will be valid until September 30, 1994.
