## INCORPORATED HAMET OF TUKTOYAKTUK, NT COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW BYLAW NO. 370
BEING A BYLAW OF THE INCORPORATED HAMLET OF TUKTOYAKTUK IN THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES TO REGULATE THE USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF LAND WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY, PURSUANT TO HAMLETS ACT S.N.W.T (2003). C22. S.3 AS AMENDED AND THE COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, S.N.W.T. (2001) C22 AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to describe the manner in which the development or redevelopment of a municipality may best be organized and carried out, having regard to considerations of orderliness, economy, and convenience.
WHEREAS the Council of the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk has prepared a Community Plan Bylaw, referred to as the Community Plan, in accordance with Section 3 of the Community Planning and Development Act.
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE HAMLET OF TUKTOYAKTUK IN THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
## SECTION 1 - ENACTMENT
- (1) The Community Plan Bylaw for the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk, known as the Community Plan, is hereby adopted.
- (2) This Bylaw shall come into effect on the date of its third reading.
- (3) Schedules "A" and "B" are declared to form part of this Bylaw.
- (4) This Bylaw hereby repeals the Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk General Plan Bylaw No. 257 (2001) as amended.
