## Appendix "C" - Disposal Bylaw (Sale) ## HAMLET OF TULITA BYLAW NO. 278-23 Being a Bylaw of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita in the Northwest Territories to dispose of real property in fee simple title in the Hamlet of Tulita pursuant to section 57 of the Hamlets Act, S.N. W.T. 2003, c.22. Whereas the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita in the Northwest Territories deems it to be in the public interest to dispose of the lands described hereunder, and Whereas the said lands are not required for municipal purposes, Now therefore be it resolved, that the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita, at a duly assembled meeting, hereby enacts as follows: 3. That the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita is hereby authorized to dispose of freehold interest in land for ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($119,100.00) more particularly described as: Lot 120 Block N/A Plan 2902 Tulita N/A - That the Mayor and Senior Administrative Officer of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita, or lawful deputy of either of them, are hereby authorized in the name and on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita, to execute all such forms of application, deeds, indentures, agreements and other documents as may be necessary to give effect to this bylaw and to affix thereto the corporate seal of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita as the act and deed thereof, subscribing their names in attestation of such execution. This bylaw shall come into effect upon the day of final passage thereof.
