Notes:
1. To indemnify the Town from any loss or damage it may sustain by reason of the work carried out under such permit. Upon the completion of all
work performed under the said permit, the amount of such indemnity fee shall be returned to the applicant after deductions of the amount of any loss
or damage to any property or installations of the Town or any public utility, which loss or damage, in the opinion of the authority having jurisdiction
arose out of the performance of such work. Outstanding permit fees will be deducted from the indemnity fee at the time of release. The Municipality
will levy a fifty dollar ($65.00) non-refundable fee to cover costs of the indemnity inspections.
2. Extra fees with respect to extra inspections, commencement of work prior to permit application being field will be deducted automatically from
indemnity fees.
3. New construction indemnity deposit will be refundable up to 3 years from issuance of permit less any additional extra fees.
