To construct a building (including repairs and
alterations) $19.20/$1,000.00 building value,
minimum permit fee applies.
MINIMUM PERMIT
Construction cost up to $10,000 minimum fee is
$192.00. Construction cost >$10,000 - <$20,000
minimum fee is $384.00. For construction cost
over $20,000 the base fee applies.
REVISION PERMIT
$19.20 / $1,000.00 building value. Minimum
permit fee applies.
DEMOLITION PERMIT
$19.20 / $1,000.00 demolition value. Minimum
permit fee applies.
HEATING/VENTILATION/AIR CONDITIONING
SYSTEMS (HVAC)
$19.20 / $1,000.00 system value. Minimum permit
fee applies.
CONDITIONAL PERMIT
To construct a building $19.20 / $1,000.00
