THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BECKWITH
BY-LAW NO. 2021-15
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 95-34, BEING A BY-LAW
RESPECTING CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, CHANGE OF USE
PERMIT, INSPECTIONS AND RELATED MATTER
Pursuant to Section 7 of the Building Code Act, the Corporation of the Township of
Beckwith hereby enacts as follows:
1.
That Schedule "A" of By-law No. 05-14 be replaced with the following revised
Schedule "A".
This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 1st day of April 2021.
READ a first and second time the 9th day of March, 2021 .
READ a third time and passed the 9th day of March, 2021.

MINIMUM PERMIT FEE .
-$0.20 per square foot of floor area
-$0.15 per square foot maximum $400.00
-$75.00 flat rate.
-The permit fee for a partial permit shall be
subject1 to an additional surcharge of
$50.00.
-The permit fee for a conditional permit
shall be subject to an additional
surcharge of 20% of the full permit fee, but
not greater than $200. In addition, the
cost of the agreement shall be at the
expense of the applicant.
-Where a permit is required under Part 10
of the Building Code, for a change of use
but no construction is required the fee
shall be $100.
